Great Jerky

One of the secrets to great jerky is to start off with an excellent cut of meat. Not just any cut of meat will make excellent jerky, we use USDA approved cuts of meat.

The process:

It has taken several years to perfect the process so they have just the perfect combination of ingredients and taste.

First we marinate the jerky meat for 24 hours so that the flavor is all the way through the meat not just sprinkled on the outside.

Then the jerky is smoked slowly over hickory chips. This gives the jerky that extra "bite of taste" that you will love.

Lastly we vacuum pack the jerky as soon as it cools off. This helps to maximize the taste and ensure it is as fresh as possible.
